What we collect
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The measurements and prices you type are not sent to us or stored.
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they visit from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as a shortened IP address, browser, device type and pages viewed. We look at this only in aggregate, to decide which pages and calculators to improve. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.
Advertising
The site does not show ads at the moment. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the advertising partners, the cookies they use and how to opt out.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal information. We share data only with the analytics service above, or if required by law.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the calculators will keep working. If you live somewhere with data protection rights (for example the EU, UK or California), you can ask about the data we hold by emailing hello@rockcalculators.com.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
